Dear Mr Marshall and Mr Glen Henderson:

Would you kindly to ask the police to return the properties to me? The reasons are:

• they contain a lots of evidences including pictures, cash sales < sample: Winston Glass,.....>, emails,  and others
• I can not run my business normally without my properties

They have taken my properties since 16 May 2011. The details are:

1. NUX01: This is the file about Earthquake damages at all the properties. The Lever Arch file is full of reports of IAG’s Lost adjusters and EQC’s Lost adjusters & Estimators; containing pictures, receipts, invoices, EQC Claim’s requests in September 2010 and February 2011, Claim officers contact detail, insurance policies, some complain letters, the list of the government’s telephone numbers, the list & time I contacted EQC, IAG and other companies, the list of tradesmen those IAG offered me to contact for repairing the commercial properties, Tenants evidences ….. others

2. NUX02: it contains lots of evidences including pictures, translation software in Chinese & Japanese & English, dictionary, accounting records, website designs—I have paid for them in different times, very expensive accounting software and others

3. NUX03: this is the file about flat 3, 29 Trent Street and 2 Tanner Street. It contains the sales agreements—about 10 years ago, buildings’ history, equipments’ warranty, tradesmen workmanship, complain letters, council rate, new & recent invoices, receipt, pictures, valuation of the properties and others

4. NUX04: this is the file about flat 5, 25 Draper’s Street and flat 3, 17 Stoneyhurst Street. It contains the sales agreements—about 10 years ago, buildings’ history, equipments’ warranty, tradesmen workmanship, complain letters, council rate, new & recent invoices, receipt, pictures, valuation of the properties and others

5. NUX05: this is the file about 460 Armagh Street. It contains the sales agreements—about 10 years ago, building’s history, equipments’ warranty, tradesmen workmanship, complain letters, council rate, new & recent invoices, receipt, pictures, valuation of the properties and others

6. NUX06: this is the file about flat 3, 5 Trent Street. It contains the sales agreements—about 10 years ago, building’s history, equipments’ warranty, tradesmen workmanship, complain letters, council rate, new & recent invoices, receipt, pictures, valuation of the properties and others

7. NUX07: this is the file about complaining including some EQC staffs.

8. NUX08: This is the file about all the legal claims, including red cross, government’s help, my mum’s accident happened after 22 February 2011 and others.

9. NUX09: there are security systems to monitor 3 places: 460 Armagh Street, 104 Hayton Road, 49 Garlands Road. it contains a lots of evidences including pictures, emails receipts, earthquake claims’ records, transaction records, bank account numbers, accounting records, website designs—I have paid for them in different times, very expensive accounting software and others
